What should you know?
Bohemia is an eclectic, artsy town that has origins that date back to before even the first settlers made their way over the Atlantic. Six families pooled together to protect the gift given to them and this realm by the gods. Coming from all manner of cultures, from all over the world, these families sit at the start of the town that is today known for its lively festivals, wild legends, and beautiful protected woodlands. The draw these families create breeds a melting pot type community within both its residents and the tourists that visit. Artists of all mediums come from around the world to bask in the beauty that lies just steps away from the small town, some don't even have to leave their rooms for their muses to flare to life.
The islands that make up modern day Bohemia, New York are owned by a family known round the world. The Silverwebs are a household name to any knowledgeable business or high society person, though highly secretive in most things. They, unlike many of today's population, have a foot in what anyone can see and a foot in the world that on more cases than not can not be seen. The life blood of the town and more so the land it sits on vibrates with ancient energy, with the gift of magic in its purest form. The draw of the town branches further than those looking to find their muse. The magic calls to all kinds of creatures and beasts. Some wish to bend it to their ways, others merely wish to work near it. The Silverwebs and five other families stand to protect this beacon of power from those with ill will, while also making sure that their masqueraded world is not brought into the lime light of today's modern society.
